Peace time Kokoro
Panting... Sweating... Bleeding... My mouth had begun to bleed. what had happened again?... I couldn't remember...
A few bushes around the trainer start to rustle.
My eyes whipped up, forgetting about my wary condition. My hand went for my belt for my Salamence's Pokeball out of instinct. Quickly I rose to my feet.
The bushes stop rustling and nothing comes out.
What the hell was that? I looked around seeing nothing, but I started to take two Pokeballs off my belt to call out the Pokemon inside.
Darkness rushes over the trainer and the Pokeballs fall to the ground...
Twenty Years Later

"Hey, do you remember that trainer who supposivly had a Salamence, Tyranitar, and all those other huge, strong Pokemon that was said to have 'disappeared' in this area?" Venin asked, brown eyes drifting over the undergrowth.
"Yeah I did." Kristoff answered as he stepped up by his fellow trainer. "Think it's true?"
"Not in the slightest. What proof does that story have in pr- Hey Kris, what's that on the ground?"
The two trainers moved over to the two Pokeballs laying on the ground unopened and nearly covered completely in dirt.
"Pokeballs? Think they have something in them Venin?" Kristoff asked as he picked them both up off of the ground.
Venin took one and began to wipe it off on his shirt. "Let's see."
Upon tossing the Pokeball in the air, it burst open and a red spill of light came out forming into a large Dragon Pokemon. It roared, fire billowing out of it's mouth as it turned it's eyes to the two trainers.
"S-salamence?" Kristoff stuttered, dropping the other Pokeball he had been holding.
When the Pokeball Kristoff dropped hit the ground it, too, had opened. The same thing happened, but this time a Tyranitar came out with a loud minacing roar.
"Where... How did these two survive twenty years inside Pokeballs?" Venin asked finally, staring in awe at the two large Pokemon.
The two final stages were looking around as if they were looking for something. Finally, the Salamence began "calling" like it would if it had lost young ones.
"Are they looking for someone?" Kristoff asked with his voice barely over a whisper.
Venin shrugged, looking at the undergrowth. "Did that just move?"
Instead of an answer from his friend, the undergrowth began to rustle, as well as the trees leaves that now stood above the thickets.
Salamence and Tyranitar roared, setting themselves into a defensive poise.
Venin looked worriedly over at where his friend had been standing. His jaw dropped when Kristoff was no where to be found.
The undergrowth and trees stopped moving, but a large shadow began to form in them. It was obviously unfazed by the two Pokemon in front of it. In a dark flash the Tyranitar was gone. Only a few seconds later so was the Salemence.
Venin turned and ran away from the scene. Reaching the top of a hill, he realized the shadow was following him along the ground. He gasped, but started running again as his breathing started to get heavy...
Now
A soft sigh escaped my lips as I settled back into my lab chair. I smiled, watching the two new trainers start out on their Pokemon Journey. "I'll never get tired of this." I chuckled, leaning back in the chair.
My eyes drifted shut, only opening again when I saw a trainer around my age step inside. "Hello."
"Professor Venin?" The male asked, stepping inside the lab.
"Um... No. I'm called the Poison Professor now. Or Professor Poison." I corrected, standing up.
"Well, Professor Poison, I've come to gather any details about a Missing Person case that happened twenty years ago in your hometown area." He explained as he walked closer to my desk.
Fear sparked in my eyes, and I quickly shook my head. "I have no idea what you're talking about. Please leave." I stood up and my snake Pokemon began to sense my distress, starting to hiss.
The trainer shook his head saying, "Very well, just trying to clear it up." He left without another word.
Myth or truth?
